The company had grown mainly through acquisitions and ran ten online shops and fifteen physical stores – on six different CRM and ERP systems. We supported the selection, design and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: finance, supply chain and CRM on one platform, with the existing e-commerce estate connected to it. The real gain was not any single feature but the end of six parallel worlds.
