Transforming a grown network infrastructure across eight sites in five German states into a segmented architecture with next-generation firewalls. Introducing infrastructure monitoring and moving to a co-managed security model with SIEM, endpoint detection and quarterly vulnerability assessments. The model has run unchanged since 2021 – the in-house IT team handles the day-to-day, we handle the analysis.
