We believe open source is one of the most powerful tools available to SMEs. It eliminates per-user licensing costs that can drain budgets, removes vendor lock-in so you always own your data and your systems, and provides full transparency — you can inspect, audit, and modify the code that runs your business.
We've worked with open-source technologies since 1997 (our first mail servers ran Sendmail and Postfix on Linux) and have seen first-hand how they can outperform proprietary alternatives in reliability, security, and total cost of ownership. That said, we are pragmatists: if a proprietary solution genuinely serves you better, we'll say so. Our commitment is to the best outcome, and open source is simply where that outcome lives most often.
